Elevator Sump Pit Solutions: Reliable Water Treatment for Lift Sump Pumps

An elevator sump pit is an essential part of any lift or elevator system, designed to collect water that may accumulate at the base of the shaft. This water could come from various sources, including groundwater, rainwater seepage, or even accidental spills. To prevent this water from causing damage to the lift’s electrical components or the structural integrity of the building, an efficient water removal system is critical.

Product features:

  • Suction lift capacity of up to 6m
  • Single pump controller with conductivity probe relay
  • 10 metre cable
  • Galvanised steel Enclosure
  • Suction foot valve
  • Pump Controller
  • Stainless Steel ball float assembly with mounting bracket
  • 1″ BSP male inlet and out let on side of enclosure

Advantages of Using Our Integrated Solution

Compliance with Regulations

By treating the water before discharge, your lift system will meet local environmental regulations, avoiding potential fines or legal issues.

Peace of Mind

With our integrated system, you can be confident that your lift sump pump is not only protecting your elevator from water damage but also protecting the environment from harmful pollutants.

Self-Reliance

Using our on site treatment technology this allows you to remove the need for organising tankers on a periodic basis.

The Role of Lift Sump Pumps

Lift sump pumps are specifically engineered to manage the water collected in elevator sump pits. These pumps are powerful, reliable, and designed to function under demanding conditions. They activate automatically when water levels rise, pumping the accumulated water out of the pit and away from the lift shaft, ensuring that the lift operates safely and without interruption.

Why Water Treatment is Important

While lift sump pumps are highly effective at removing water from the sump pit, the quality of the water being pumped out often goes overlooked. Water in elevator sump pits can contain contaminants, oils, and other pollutants that may harm the environment if not treated properly. This is where our integrated water treatment solutions come in, ensuring that the water being expelled is not only removed efficiently but also treated to meet environmental safety standards.
